Sales Representative in Decorative Lighting, Southern Sweden

Do you want to be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team? At Belid Lighting Group, we have exciting plans for growth and are now looking for a passionate and business-driven sales representative to strengthen our market position in southern Sweden.

Job Description

As a Sales Representative in Decorative Lighting, you will work on developing our existing customer relationships and exploring new opportunities and channels within the retail sector.

You will be our face in the market and need to be passionate about sales, meeting people, and building strong relationships. You will play a key role in strengthening our brands—Belid, CableCup, and Herstal—through sales-oriented customer visits and product presentations.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and engaged individual with knowledge and interest in lighting and design. You should be communicative, organized, and have the ability to identify new opportunities to help us achieve our growth targets.

The position requires an outgoing and proactive personality who can establish and strengthen long-term relationships and networks. You will work within our home lighting customer segment, focusing on the retail and specialty trade sector.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing a customer portfolio within your district, consisting of stores and showrooms that include lighting in their assortment. This portfolio includes both physical and digital retailers.
  • Strengthening relationships and growing business with existing customers, as well as prospecting and engaging new potential clients.
  • Driving sales and activities towards personal sales targets, ensuring that goals are met.
  • Working within our CRM system to optimize customer interactions.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

You should be based in southern Sweden and be prepared to travel continuously within your district during the workweek.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we believe you have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience and interest in proactive B2B sales.
  • A strong sense of design and interior aesthetics, as well as an interest in lighting.
  • A proven track record of successful B2B sales results.
  • Fluency in Swedish, both written and spoken.
  • A structured and organized work approach.
  • A competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • A business-driven attitude with the willingness to challenge yourself to achieve the best outcomes for both customers and the company.
