Retailers can place orders for products from Belid, Herstal and Cable Cup by creating an account with our Partner portal. Through the portal you will find information such as stock balance, delivery status and technical specifications for all products. We offer a 2-year product warranty on all our luminaire light fixtures and bulbs, as well as up to 5 years extended component warranty on LED modules in light fixtures with integrated LED (5 years from the date of purchase).
The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by improper use or lack of maintenance, commercial use, accident or external causes. Any repairs or modifications of products carried out by an unaccredited person will invalidate the warranty. For any damage caused by lightning, please contact your insurance company first and foremost. If you wish to return a product, please contact the retailer where you purchased the item. If it is a stock item or project order in which the order was placed directly with us, please contact customer support.
Project customers can have items manufactured to order.
